Auremont Custom Embroidery Shipping, Returns & Cancellations:

At Auremont Group LLC, we take pride in delivering premium custom Embroidery decoration and apparel sourcing. Because custom-manufactured goods undergo permanent modification processes, our operational fulfillment structures operate under specific commercial guidelines outlined below.

 Outbound Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Calculations: To ensure complete transparency, shipping costs are computed using exact major carrier market rates (UPS, FedEx, USPS) once your production run is finished, packed, and weighed. Shipping costs are billed separately on your final balance invoice. Your order WILL NOT leave our shipping department until the final second invoice is paid.

Fulfillment Conditions: All upfront production invoices must be settled in full prior to order dispatch or carrier pickup.

Carrier Delays: While we guarantee your order will leave our facility by the scheduled completion date, Auremont Group LLC is not responsible for transit bottlenecks, weather disruptions, or carrier delays once the package is accepted by the shipping provider.

Returns, Defect, & Spoilage Policies

All Custom Embroidery Sales Are Final: Every item we produce is tailored to individual specifications. Therefore, custom-embroidered or personalized merchandise is strictly ineligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation once production begins.

Customer Verification Responsibilities: We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect sizing selection, garment style preferences, or spelling/design typos present on layout proofs approved by the client. Please audit digital project mockups thoroughly before signing off.

Defects & Production Variations: If you discover a structural manufacturer garment defect or an explicit embroidery processing error that differs from your signed design proof, you must notify our office within 5 business days of delivery. Please email your order number alongside clear photographic evidence to our support desk. Verified shop defects will be corrected via immediate replacement or store credit allocation.

Standard Production Spoilage Allowance: In accordance with custom apparel industry standards, custom runs are subject to a 2% spoilage variance tolerance due to machine performance parameters. On volume production, any processed misprints falling within this 2% threshold will be credited back on the final balance sheet rather than re-manufactured.
