To ensure you are charged the fairest possible rate, shipping is not included in your initial garment and embroidery invoice. Because bulk apparel orders vary drastically in size and weight, shipping will be calculated and billed on a separate, secondary invoice once your items are fully completed, boxed, and weighed on our scale. Your order will ship immediately upon payment of the shipping invoice.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Most orders are completed within 7-10 business days after processing, and design approval. After you approve the final design, we will then begin production.
