Welcome to Auremont Reserve. We stand behind the quality, construction, and design of our garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with flexible cancellation and return options.
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
Processing Times: Standard orders for in-stock merchandise are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking confirmation link via email the moment your package departs our facility.
Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen carrier speeds (Standard Ground or Express).
Carrier Responsibilities: Auremont Reserve is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen from porches/mailboxes. Please ensure your delivery address is a secure location.
Order Cancellations
The Grace Period: We understand plans change. You may request a full cancellation and immediate refund for any order within 12 hours of placement.
Post-Processing Restrictions: Once an order passes our 12-hour grace period and enters our fulfillment queue or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. At that stage, the order must be processed through our standard Return Policy below upon arrival.
Returns & Exchanges
The Return Window: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of your original delivery date.
Condition Checklist: To qualify for a refund, garments must be returned in their original packaging with all retail hangtags securely attached. Items showing signs of wear, laundry detergent scents, or pet hair will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Return Shipping Fees: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit back to us.
Exchanges: To ensure you secure the exact size or color you want before it sells out, our exchange process is simple: return your original item for a refund following the guidelines above, and place a new order on our website for the replacement item at any time.
Processing Your Refund
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional processing days to post the funds to your account.
Note: Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
